We have been in business for 2 years, and in that time we've earned the business of over 200 local area companies.  We specialize in assisting small-to-medium sized businesses with being able to offer the kinds of employee benefits previously only available to major enterprises.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individuals to act as consultants to small-to-medium sized businesses. Prior sales or executive experience is welcome, but not necessary. What is necessary is to have a strong work ethic, and a professional demeanor.

 

We aren't looking for an instant expert in every field, we want to hire someone who is willing to learn, and eager to apply thier previous experience in a new field.

QUALIFICATIONS
You must be outgoing in professional situations, showing a vibrant personality and professional presence.
You must be an articulate communicator, able to give persuasive and information presentations
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

 

COMPENSATION

Our compensation package is performance based, most of our first-year consultants make between 40-60k, with an average increase of 15% year-over-year for the first 3-5 years.
